Terms and Conditions of “EVA Air flight booking offers” ("Offers"):

The promotion period is from 1 April to 30 June 2019, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). The departure period is from 1 April 2019 to 29 February 2020 (excluding the blackout dates specified in Clause 9).
Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card ("Eligible Cards") to enjoy the offers. Hang Seng UnionPay Credit Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card and e-shopping Mastercard^® are not applicable to the Offers.
Customers are required to book the air tickets via "Bank discount" section in EVA Air website (www.evaair.com/hsb or www.evaair.com/hsbeng) with departure from Hong Kong to the designated cities specified in Clause 4 to enjoy the Offers.
Offers are applicable to purchase of Premium Economy Class, Royal Laurel Class, Premium Laurel Class, Business Class and Economy Class roundtrip tickets fare from Hong Kong to Taipei, USA: Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Houston, Chicago, New York, Canada: Vancouver, Toronto. Premium Economy Class service is only provided on transpacific sectors. The promotional fares are inclusive of Canada Airport Tax only and does not include taxes from other airports and other applicable surcharges.

Offers are applicable to a maximum number of 9 passengers in each transaction. Same flight and fare are not guaranteed for any separate or large group bookings.
Offers are only applicable to EVA Air operating flight and subject to seat availability.
Fare difference and rebooking fee will be charged by re-pricing using current fare for change of routing, booking class, date and flight after the Promotion Period.
Offers are not applicable to the following travel period:
- Taipei: 5-7 April, 17-21 April, 6-7 June, 28-29 June, 12 July to 22 August, 12-13 September, 28-29 September, 4-5 October, 1 November 2019 to 29 February 2020.
- U.S.A.: 5 July to 20 August, 13-23 December 2019, 1-6 January, 23-27 January 2020.
- Canada: 5 July to 4 September, 13-23 December 2019, 1-6 January, 23-27 January 2020.
