Terms & Conditions of "Designated SHKP Malls Shopping Privileges”:

The promotion period is from 1 May to 30 June 2024, while stock lasts (“Promotion Period”). The promotion will be terminated immediately after all quotas of the Offers are depleted without prior notice.
To enjoy the Offers, customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card but excluding USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card(s)”).
Customers must register as members of The Point Integrated Loyalty Program to enjoy the Offers in the Promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, transaction on purchase of SHKP Malls Gift Card is not eligible for points registration for The Point Integrated Loyalty Program nor joining other mall promotions (including existing free parking privileges of Participating Malls).
SHKP Malls Gift Card cannot be cancelled, altered, returned and refunded or exchanged for cash, other product(s) or service under any conditions once they are sold. If SHKP Malls Gift Card is lost, damaged or stolen, Hang Seng, SHKP and Participating Malls shall not be responsible for these incidents.
SHKP Malls Gift Card being sold in this Promotion is only applicable for payment of goods / service in participating merchants at the Participating Malls where the customers purchase the SHKP Malls Gift Card. Purchase and use of SHKP Malls Gift Card is bound by related terms and conditions. Customers are required to provide full name, first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card, information stated on the receipt and payment sales slip for registration. Staff at Participating Malls reserves the right to photocopy the receipt(s) and payment sales slip(s) or request Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay users to open the corresponding mobile app and present the transaction page for photo record and verification purpose. The personal information collected is limited to the use of the Promotion only. By providing the above information for the Promotion, customers have agreed on the collection of related data and understand the purpose on the use of such data.
SHKP Malls Gift Card and digital coupon can be used in conjunction at the same transaction, while the remaining amount of the transaction shall be settled by Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card and eligible Mobile Payment Transactions as mentioned above.
SHKP Malls Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of the card being purchased. The expiry date is printed on the card back as VALID THRU “MONTH / YEAR”. For the expiry date of digital coupon, please refer to the details shown on The Point App.
By participating in the Promotion, the customer accepts and agrees to abide by all relevant terms and conditions.
In case of any fraud or abuse, Hang Seng, SHKP and Participating Malls reserve the right to disqualify the customers immediately and retrieve the Offers from the customers after disqualification.
Hang Seng, SHKP and Participating Malls reserve the right to alter or terminate the Offers and to amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, SHKP and Participating Malls shall be final.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
