Hang Seng Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for “Discount offers at City Chain, SEIKO Boutique and Solvil et Titus Boutique”:

1. The Promotion Period is from 1 July to 31 August 2020, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. To enjoy the offers, customers must pay with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Cards”). Offer is not applicable to Hang Seng USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card and Private Label Cards.
3. All discount offers on regular-priced items are only applicable to watches priced at HKD8,000 or below.
4. Offers may not be applicable to the limited edition watches and other selected watches, please check with the Merchant for details.
5. All products, services, information are directly sold and supplied to customers by City Chain Company Limited (the “Merchant”) who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng assumes no responsibility/ liability in respect thereof.
6. Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with membership, any other discounts or special promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
9. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Offers are subject to these promotion Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice.
11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
12. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Remark: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposit and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
