Enjoy up to HKD200 free gasoline and other offers at Shell

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period is valid from 1 July to 30 September 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
2. To enjoy the offers, customers are required to state the intention to enjoy the offers and settle payment by Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) prior to the purchase of gasoline or other services at any Shell station in Hong Kong.
3. The offers are not applicable to all transactions settled by e-wallets or mobile payment.
4. The offers cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional coupons/offers (unless otherwise specified).
5. All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Shell Hong Kong Limited ("Merchant") who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
6. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offer at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
7. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
9. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.



Specific Terms and Conditions of “Up to HKD200 free gasoline” (“Offer 1”):

10. Customer can redeem for HKD100 worth of the same type of gasoline ("Complimentary Gasoline") for free upon every net spending of HKD450 on gasoline (after any discounts) in a single transaction. The HKD100 worth of Complimentary Gasoline that a customer may redeem with Offer 1 is calculated based on the applicable pump price of the relevant type of gasoline at the time of redemption. If a vehicle’s fuel tank may only be filled with less than HKD100 worth of the Complimentary Gasoline, any remaining value of this offer will be forfeited.
11. The number of Complementary Gasoline redemptions that can be made in a single transaction shall be equal to or less than the applicable quotient. "Applicable Quotient" refers to the multiple derived from dividing the net dollar amount of gasoline purchased in a single transaction (after any discounts) by HKD450, rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, 2 times of Complimentary Gasoline can be redeemed a total of HKD200 Complimentary Gasoline upon net spending of at least HKD900 (after any discounts) on gasoline in a single transaction.
12. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with Shell Bonus Card (Dark Grey), Shell Value Card, Shell Card, or any other offer and discount.



Specific Terms and Conditions of “Redeem up to 20mins Ozone Cabin Air Purification service” (“Offer 2”):

13. Customers can redeem a 20 minutes ozone cabin air purification service upon purchase of any lube change, battery replacement or tyre replacement with Eligible Credit Card at designated Shell Helix Service Centre. Customers can redeem a 10 minutes ozone cabin air purification service upon purchase of any car wash service with Eligible Credit Card at designated Shell stations with car wash bays.
14. Offer 2 is exclusive for private cars, taxis and light commercial vans only. (Not available for trucks, minibus and coasters)
15. Offer 2 is only applicable at 17 Shell stations providing oil change, Auto Car Wash or Snow-Foam Manual Car Wash services. (Except Lei Yu Mun Road station)
16. The tyre service at Offer 2 is only applicable at Shell Ma On Shan or Shell Airport (Cargo Terminal) Station.
17. Offer 2 is only applicable at opening hours and non-rest days of designated stations. Please contact the station to check on the opening hours/rest days in advance and reserve for the service. Service Centre details: .
18. Individual stations may adjust the redemption date without prior notice.

Remark: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposit and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
