Flight Ticket Offer at British Airways

Terms and Conditions of British Airways ("Offer"):

1. The promotion period is from 1 May to 15 June 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card to enjoy the Offer. Hang Seng UnionPay Credit Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card and e-shopping Mastercard^® are not applicable to the Offer.
3. Offer must be booked by 15 June 2019 and is available for outbound travel from Hong Kong between 1 May and 31 December 2019.
4. Limited seats available.
5. This Offer is applicable to designated destinations.
   UK destinations: London, Aberdeen, Barra, Belfast, Benbecula, Campbeltown, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Isle of Man, Islay, Jersey, Kirkwall, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle, Newquay, Stornoway, Tiree and Wick.
   European destinations: Albania, Algeria, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.
6. Fares do not include taxes and other surcharges. High season surcharge applies.
7. Date changes permitted at HKD1,400, except for the outbound journey. A fare difference and change fee can be paid to make date changes on the outbound journey.
8. Offer does not apply to travel on flights operated by any other British Airways franchisees, codeshare partners or oneworld alliance members.
9. Redemption bookings, travel agent fares, holiday packages, group discount fares, infant fares or senior citizen fares are not eligible for this Offer.
10. All products and the relevant information are directly sold and supplied by British Airways ("the Merchant") who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
11. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
12. The promotional offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
14. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
15. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
16. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Remark: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposit and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
