General Terms and Conditions:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 15 July 2026 to 14 January 2027 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card and Multi-Currency Debit Mastercard® including Affinity Card but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, other Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (the “Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard”).
  3. Customer must present and settle payment with a physical Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard at designated restaurants (the “Participating Restaurants”) in MGM MACAU & MGM COTAI , and designated box office (the “Designated Box Office”) in MGM COTAI.
  4. Unless otherwise specified, all offers are not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other products, is non-returnable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (where applicable).
  5. Offer quotas of the Promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Any change of the Promotion will be subject to the availability at the time of patronage.

  9. Personal data of customers may be collected by MGM (the “Company”), and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Company. Hang Seng is not involved in any part of the collection process nor usage of such data, please contact the Company for related details.
  10. Hang Seng and the Company reserve the right to vary or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time without prior notice.
  11. In case of any disputes, customers are required to present the relevant original transaction document(s), sales receipt(s) and credit card or debit card sales slip(s) (if applicable) for further investigation.
  12. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Company is final.
  13. No person other than the customers, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) and the Company (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  16. The English version of these terms and conditions prevails whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of “Dining 15% off Instant Discount” (the “15% off Discount Offer”):

  2. Customers who settle payment with physical Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard at below Participating Restaurants with minimum dine-in persons and designated spending requirement in a single net transaction (excl. service charge and after discount) during the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Transaction”), are entitled to receive an exclusive complimentary gourmet delight.

Customers who purchase 1 ticket of C Reserve of “Macau 2049” show and settle payment with physical Eligible Hang Seng Mastercard at MGM COTAI Box Office in person during the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Transaction”), are entitled to receive 1 complimentary ticket of C Reserve of “Macau 2049” show.
  3. Online booking is not applicable. Customers must visit MGM COTAI Box Office in person to enjoy the Macau 2049 B1G1 Offer.
