Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period is valid from 1 January, 2018 to 31 December, 2018.
2. Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card to enjoy the offers.
3. Offer is applicable to designated restaurants and bars of Cafe Deco Group ("Merchant") in Hong Kong, while outlet in International Airport is excluded.
4. Offer is only applicable for dine-in consumption of à la carte food and beverages menu.
5. The offer is not valid on 1 January, 14 - 19 February, 29 - 31 March, 1 - 2, 4 - 5 & 30 April, 1, 13, 21 & 22 May, 17 & 18 June, 1 & 2 July, 24 - 25 & 30 September, 1, 16 - 17 & 31 October, 24 - 26 & 31 December, 2018 and any public holidays & public holiday eves that may be added by the HKSAR Government in 2018.
6. Offers shall be terminated/ held upon closure/ temporary clouse of the Participating Merchants.
7. Offer is not applicable to 10% service charge, charge for tea and condiments, takeaway services, set menu, fixed-price dishes /special-priced items, private functions, banquets, private parties, catering services, tickets, ticket sales events and during happy hours. Minimum consumption requirements shall not include 10% service charge. One dining offer can be used per table per patronage only.
8. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons, cake coupons or membership benefits / VIP cards / VIP bonus point programmes of the merchants. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with CDG VIP card.
9. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Participating Merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
10. The Offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by each of the Participating Merchants. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and each of the Participating Merchants reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and each of the Participating Merchants shall be final.
11. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
