Terms & Conditions for "Eyeglasses discount offer at LensCrafters, Ray-Ban and sunglass hut":

1. The promotion period is from 1 July to 31 August 2020 ("Promotion Period").
2. To enjoy above offer at LensCrafters, Ray-Ban and sunglass hut ("Merchant"), customers are required to indicate to use the above offer before check out and settle payment using Hang Seng Credit Cards, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card ("Eligible Cards") during the Promotion Period.
3. 50% off discount offer applicable to the product with lower original price. The discounts are counted by the original price and one single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, neither be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
4. All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Please contact Merchant staff for detail.
5. The promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
6. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time.
7. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
8. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
11. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
