General Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 6 to 29 October 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
2. To enjoy the offers, customer must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, but excluding Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”) to enjoy the corresponding offers.
3. Unless specified otherwise, the promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
4. All products, services and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
5. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") which includes its successors and assigns will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
7. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
8. The promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
9. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.



Specific Terms and Conditions for Up to HKD250 Wing On Cash Coupons ("Offer 1”):

11. Upon spending of designated amount in a single net purchase with Eligible Credit Card, customers may redeem Wing On Cash Coupons at designated Wing On Department Stores on the same day. Customers are required to redeem Wing On Cash Coupons with the present of the Eligible Credit Card (presented physically or via his/her mobile device) (excluding AlipayHK and WeChat Pay), card sales slips and machine printed sales invoices. Expired sales slips are invalid. For details, please refer to the table below.

12. Each card can redeem a maximum of 5pcs of HKD50 Wing On Cash Coupon ("$50 Coupon") per day.
13. $50 Coupon quota is 8,000pcs. Each set of Hang Seng Credit Card sales slip and invoice can be used for one redemption only. The daily quantities of $50 Coupon offered vary from store. $50 Coupon is subject to a first-come-first-served basis while quota last. Please refer to the redemption counters for more details.
14. The usage of the $50 Coupon is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the $50 Coupon or check with Merchant for details.
15. All transactions will be calculated on net value, the deducted +FUN Dollars will be excluded. Not applicable to purchase of Wing On Gift Certificates and selected items, cancelled/returned transactions and other transactions as may be determined by Wing On Department Stores (Hong Kong) Limited ("Merchant").
