Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Mobile App “Snap and Deposit Instantly” Mobile Cheque Deposit Lucky Draw (“Promotion”):

Promotion Period and Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is from 23 Mar to 31 May 2022 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) Personal e-Banking customers who (“Eligible Customers”):
    1. hold a Signature, Prestige Banking, Preferred Banking, Green Banking, Integrated Account HKD Savings / Current Account or Hang Seng Credit Card holder (each an “Eligible Account”); and
    2. have valid mobile number and email address in Hang Seng’s record; and
  3. Eligible Customers must maintain both the Eligible Account and e-Banking account until 31 August 2022 in order to receive the rewards under this Promotion.
  4. This Promotion is not applicable to Commercial Banking and Private Banking customers, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer of Hang Seng.

    5. “Snap and Deposit Instantly” Mobile Cheque Deposit Lucky Draw

  5. An Eligible Customer who has successfully deposited a cheque through “Mobile Cheque Deposit” in the Hang Seng Mobile App will be entitled to 1 lucky draw entry. Each Eligible Customer can get a maximum of 10 lucky draw entries within the Promotion Period. Hang Seng will select a total of 2,008 Eligible Customers on random basis by lucky draw (“Winners”) who will receive the Lucky Draw Rewards (“Rewards”) listed below. Each Eligible Customer can only receive a maximum of one Reward within the Promotion Period.

  6. Hang Seng will verify a Winner’s relevant transaction records before awarding the Rewards. In the event of any dispute, Hang Seng’s records shall prevail.
  7. A redemption letter (“Redemption Letter”) will be sent by mail to each Winner’s local correspondence address according to Hang Seng’s record at the time of mailing on or before 31 August 2022 for Smartphone or Earphone redemption.
  8. A Winner must redeem the Reward at the location stipulated in the Redemption Letter within 3 months upon the issue date of the Redemption Letter. If any Winner fails to redeem the Reward within this timeline, or has cancelled the Eligible Account or e-Banking account before 31 August 2022, such Winner shall be disqualified without further notice and the Rewards shall be considered as forfeited.
  9. Hang Seng reserves the right to substitute the Rewards with other gifts at any time without prior notice. The value or nature of the substitute gift may differ from the Rewards offered in this promotion.
  10. The Smartphones and Earphones are non-exchangeable once redeemed. Redemption Letter will not be re-issued if lost, damaged or unused after expiry.
  11. The supplier(s) of the Smartphone or Earphone shall be solely responsible for all issues related to the Smartphone or Earphone including quality and availability. Any dispute arising in relation to the Smartphone or Earphone shall be resolved between the Winner and the relevant supplier.
  12. Hang Seng will credit the Cash Reward in Hong Kong dollars into the relevant account of the Winners on or before 31 August 2022. The relevant account must remain valid when the relevant Cash Reward is credited.

    13. General Terms and Conditions

  13. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Hang Seng also reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, which shall be binding on all parties concerned. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
  14. Any logon that is found or reasonably considered by Hang Seng to be fraudulent will not be considered as eligible logon and the related customer will not be rewarded.
  15. No person other than the Eligible Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these Terms and Conditions.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  18. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
