Notes:

The offer is not applicable to the Asset Link Secured Overdraft Facility (the “Facility”) with property as a pledged asset.
"P" represents the HKD Prime Rate as quoted by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") from time to time.
Annual fee is 0.1% of the Approved Ceiling Limit. This fee will be waived for the first year from the date of the confirmation of approval issued by Hang Seng for approving the Facility for eligible customers. If the annual utilization rate of the Approved Ceiling Limit is 30% or above thereafter, this fee will be waived.
Hang Seng shall have the absolute discretion to prescribe and change the asset types and Discount Factors (i.e. loan ratios), overdraft interest rate and fees for the Facility.
Online application is applicable to the Facility with deposits and investment products as asset type under the Integrated Account, and such application must be submitted via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, which is available for registered customers only.

Terms and Conditions of Asset Link Secured Overdraft Facility - Prestige Private Exclusive Privileges

The offer is valid from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
The offer is only applicable to the following customers (“Eligible Customers”) who are required to sign “Asset Link Secured Overdraft Application Form” for Prestige Private customers and accept the relevant Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period with an Approved Ceiling Limit of HKD200,000 or above:
i. Customers who have been maintaining Asset Link Secured Overdraft Facility (“the Facility”) and the account status of the Integrated Account with the Facility is upgraded to Prestige Private during the Promotion Period; or
ii. Prestige Private customers who are not maintaining the Facility at the time of submitting the Facility application and have not cancelled the Facility in the past 12 months before submitting the Facility application, and successfully apply for the Facility during the Promotion Period. The account that applied for the Facility must be an Integrated Account of which the account status must be Prestige Private.
The annual fee of the Facility will be waived for the first year from the date of the confirmation of approval issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") for approving the Facility for Eligible Customers. After the first year, an annual fee at the rate of 0.1% of the Approved Ceiling Limit will be charged. If the annual utilization rate of the Approved Ceiling Limit is 30% or above, the annual fee will be waived.
The approval of the Facility and the Approved Ceiling Limit are subject to final decision of Hang Seng.
No person other than the Eligible Customers and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, Hang Seng reserves the right of final decision. For enquiries, please contact staff of Hang Seng.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
