The Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) 2022 Q2 Digital Reactivation (“Campaign”) will be held from 3 May 2022 to 6 May 2022, from 10 May 2022 to 13 May 2022 and from 16 May 2022 to 17 May 2022 (“Promotion Periods”).
The Campaign is applicable to Primary User(s) and Secondary User(s) who are existing Hang Seng Business e-Banking customers (“Eligible Users”).
By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
During the Promotion Periods, Eligible Users may win a prize (“Campaign Prize”) by logging into Hang Seng Business e-Banking via desktop.
Campaign Prizes are distributed on a first come, first served basis, during the Promotion Periods at the following three time slots each day:
1. 10:00am (HKT);
2. 2:00pm (HKT); and

The decision of Hang Seng regarding the eligibility and/or entitlement of any Eligible User to any Campaign Prize shall be final.
Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Campaign Prize with other gifts of similar value. Offer 2: 2022 Q2 Digital Reactivation Campaign - Air Purifier lucky draw

The Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) Air Purifier lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) will be held from 3 to 17 May 2022 (” Promotion Periods”).
Commercial customers who have used Hang Seng Business e-Banking to successfully set up a time deposit of HKD 50,000 or above, or a time deposit of equivalent value in other currencies as of the day the deposit is set up during the Promotion Periods (“Eligible Customers”) will be automatically enrolled and entitled to the Lucky Draw.
Each Eligible Customer is entitled to only one lucky draw entry during the Promotion Periods.
Three Lucky Draw winners will be drawn by the computer system at the end of the Promotion Periods. Each winner will receive an Aurabeat AG+ Medical Grade Silver Ion Antiviral Air Purifier (worth around HKD 2,980) (“Reward”).
Hang Seng will mail a notification letter relating to the redemption of the Reward to the winner’s correspondence address in Hang Seng’s record on or before 30 June 2022.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
No person other than the Eligible Users and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Foreign Currency Risk
Foreign exchange involves exchange rate risk. Fluctuations in the exchange rate of a foreign currency may result in gains or losses in the event that the customer converts HKD to foreign currency or vice versa.

RMB Currency Risk
Renminbi (“RMB”) is subject to exchange rate risk. Fluctuation in the exchange rate of RMB may result in losses in the event that the customer subsequently converts RMB into another currency (including Hong Kong Dollars). Exchange controls imposed by the relevant authorities may also adversely affect the applicable exchange rate. RMB is currently not freely convertible and conversion of RMB may be subject to certain policy, regulatory requirements and/or restrictions (which are subject to changes from time to time without notice). The actual conversion arrangement will depend on the policy, regulatory requirements and/or restrictions prevailing at the relevant time.
