Foreign Currency Risk
Foreign exchange involves exchange rate risk. Fluctuations in the exchange rate of a foreign currency may result in gains or losses in the event that the customer converts HKD to foreign currency or vice versa.

Hang Seng Business Virtual Assistant B E R I on WhatsApp Registration Promotion campaign Terms and Conditions:

1. The event period is from now till 30 Sep 2022(both dates inclusive) (“Event Period”).
2. The offer is applicable to all new users registered from 15 August to 30 September 2022 of Virtual Assistant B E R I on Whatsapp with Hong Kong mobile number only (“BERI Users”).
3. First 350 BERI Users who have logged in Virtual Assistant B E R I on Whatsapp, answered all mandatory registration questions and accepted the Terms and Conditions during the Event Period (“Eligible Customers”) will receive a HKD50 Mojodomo e-Gift voucher (“e-Gift Voucher”). Each Eligible Customer with Hong Kong mobile number only receive e-Gift Voucher from this event once.
4. Customer must fully comply with all instructions from Hang Seng to complete B E R I on WhatsApp registration. The 12 digits’ coupon collection code will be sent to the Eligible Customer by SMS in early Oct 2022. Each Eligible Customer can then enter the 12 digits’ coupon collection code on B E R I via hangseng.com/beri.
5. The e-Gift Voucher will be displayed in the chat with B E R I after the Eligible Customer entered a valid 12 digits’ coupon collection code. The Eligible Customer must download the e-Gift Voucher immediately according to the instructions on screen. The e-Gift Voucher will be cancelled and will not be available for retrieval once the e-Gift Voucher display page is closed or where the chat session with B E R I is closed by any means. Hang Seng will not re-issue any such e-Gift Voucher to the Eligible Customer.
6. Eligible Customer must redeem the e-Gift Voucher with an eligible merchant on or before the expiry date shown on the e-Gift Voucher. Any expired e-Gift Voucher will not be accepted or replaced.
7. Each e-Gift Voucher can only be used once and will expire once used. Payment must be made for any spending amount exceeding the face value of the e-Gift Voucher, while any remaining value of the e-Gift Voucher, when the spending amount is less than its face value, will be forfeited. The validity of any e-Gift Voucher is subject to the records of Mojodomo.
8. Hang Seng is not the supplier of the e-Gift Voucher and will therefore not be responsible for any liability or issue relating to the e-Gift Voucher. Any dispute or complaint relating to the e-Gift Voucher shall be resolved directly between the Eligible Customer and the merchant. For details on how to use the e-Gift Voucher, please refer to the terms and conditions printed thereon. The e-Gift Voucher may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other gift. If deleted, the e-Gift Voucher will not be replaced.
9. The relevant merchant is responsible for supplying the product(s) and/or service(s) purchased using the e-Gift Voucher. Hang Seng shall not be responsible for any issue arising from such product(s) and/or service(s), including any quality or availability issue.
10. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offer at any time and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. In the event of any dispute, Hang Seng reserves the right of final decision.
11. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
14. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
