Full Cover for out-patient consultations2
  • The optional Clinical Benefit offers full cover of all expenses for doctor visits, tests and scans within Bupa’s network3.
Cashless out-patient treatment with medical card
  • With the Bupa medical card, members can enjoy cashless out-patient treatment at doctors and medical service provider within Bupa’s network in Hong Kong and Macau3, without having to pay any bills or submit any claims.
Flat subscriptions regardless of age
  • This scheme offers flat rate for the employees and their dependants under the same plan regardless of age.
Access to lifelong cover
  • Employees and their dependants will have access to lifelong protection with the option to transfer to Bupa’s designated individual health insurance scheme when they retire or have a change in employment4.
Round-the-clock customer services
  • Bupa's dedicated Customer Care Advisors are available 24 hours every day to answer your queries. Online services and a free mobile app called myBupa are available for you to search Bupa’s network doctors.
No medical information required for enrolment
  • No medical examinations, individual underwriting or health declarations are required for application.

This scheme is underwritten by Bupa which is authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority in Hong Kong. Hang Seng Bank Limited ('Hang Seng Bank') is an insurance agent authorised by Bupa for the exclusive distribution of this scheme. Subscription will be payable to Bupa upon enrolment of this scheme. Bupa would provide Hang Seng Bank the relevant commission and performance bonus in accordance to the selling of this scheme. The existing sales staff remuneration policy offered by Hang Seng Bank would take into account various aspects of the staff performance but not solely on the sales amount. HealthPro Concierge Service is provided by Bupa. In respect of an eligible dispute arising between the Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the contractual terms or performance (claims and service) of the product should be resolved directly between Bupa and the customer.
