Terms and Conditions Relating to Enrolment of Travelsure Protection Plan by Using Hang Seng Credit Card Cash Dollars

Enrolment of Travelsure Protection Plan (“Travelsure”) by using Hang Seng Credit Card Cash Dollars (“Cash Dollars”) is only applicable to the holder of any principal credit card issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Credit Card Account”) whose credit card account is valid and in good standing (“Cardholder”), while "Cash Dollars" are not applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard® and Private Label Cards.

Combined Cash Dollars from different credit card accounts of the Cardholder are not applicable for enrolment of Travelsure.

Enrolment of Travelsure by using Cash Dollars will be rejected unless the full premium amount payable by the Cardholder is, and can be, settled by Cash Dollars. The required Cash Dollars will be deducted from the Cardholder’s designated Credit Card Account. In case of insufficient balance of Cash Dollars on the Credit Card Account, the full premium amount payable by the Cardholder will be charged to the Credit Card Account but the extra discount for enrolment of Travelsure by using Cash Dollars will not be granted.

Enrolment of Travelsure by using Cash Dollars shall be processed online.
5.
Cash Dollars are not transferable.
6.
Once the redemption order is accepted, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
7.
Use of Cash Dollars is subject to the applicable terms and conditions for Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions for Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
8.
Hang Seng Bank Limited reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
9.
All disputes relating to the enrolment of Travelsure by using Cash Dollars shall be subject to the final decision of Hang Seng Bank Limited, which shall be binding on the Cardholder.
10.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender include every gender.
11.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
