Notice to Customers and Other Individuals
relating to the Personal Data (Privacy)

Generally,
a customer can obtain the preliminary
approval result for the Business Loan
within 30 minutes if the application
is made from Monday to Friday between
9am and 6pm (except public holidays)
by calling 2198 8000; If a customer
sends the completed and signed application
form (if applicable) by fax to 2148
4261 within the above-mentioned hours,
Hang Seng will contact the customer
on the same working day to confirm the
application and give the preliminary
approval result within 30 minutes afterwards.
If the customer applies for the Business
Loan outside the above-mentioned hours,
Hang Seng will contact the customer
on the next working day to confirm the
application and give the preliminary
approval result within 30 minutes afterwards.
The preliminary approval result will
only be available if the customer can
provide the relevant information and
the identity of the customer can be
verified. The preliminary approval result
is subject to final approval and confirmation
by Hang Seng. The final approved loan
amount, interest rate, fees and charges
and other terms and conditions are subject
to the relevant loan documents being
accepted and signed by the customer.
Hang Seng reserves the right of final

Hang
Seng reserves the right to request further
supporting documents. |

The
minimum loan amount is HKD100,000. Hang
Seng will charge a Company Search
Fee of HKD150 per search. On top
of that, Hang Seng will charge a handling
fee by way of further loan. Unless specified
otherwise, the relevant handling
fee will be 2% of the loan amount (or
1% of the amount of Top-up Loan Facility),
subject to a minimum amount of HKD1,000. |

24-hour Business Partner Direct - Mainland (Toll-free) allows you to contact us for free even staying on the Mainland. This hotline is applicable to enquiries on general commercial banking service only but not applicable to enquiries/transactions of investment related matters. The toll-free hotline can be accessed from mobile lines, fixed telephone lines, payphones and call cards and is free of IDD charge. Please contact relevant service supplier for details. Hang Seng assumes no responsibilities for such service. Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions for the service provided by service providers which may be amended from time to time. For any claims, disputes and complaints regarding such service and information, customer should refer directly to service providers. |
