General Terms and Conditions for “Trip.com Travel Rewards”:

The promotion period of Offer 1 is from 1 July to 31 August 2022, both dates inclusive (“Offer 1 Promotion Period”); The promotion period of Offer 2 is from 1 July to 30 August 2022, both dates inclusive (“Offer 2 Promotion Period”)
Customers must settle the payment with the related eligible credit cards as specified below to enjoy the corresponding offers:
1. “Extra up to $100 Cash Dollars rewards” (“Offer 1”) – Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Mastercard^® Credit Card or Spending Card (“Offer 1 Eligible Credit Cards”).
2. "Up to HKD200 instant discount" (“Offer 2”) – Hang Seng Mastercard^® Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Offer 2 Eligible Credit Cards”).
All of the above Offers are not applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, enJoy Spending Card, UnionPay Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
(Offer 1 and Offer 2 are collectively referred as “Offers”)
Offers are applicable to eligible transactions/bookings payable in Hong Kong Dollars but not applicable to eligible transactions/ bookings made via third party payment platforms including but not limited to WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Any transactions which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered as ineligible transactions which are not applicable to this promotion and rewards will not be rewarded.
All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Merchant”) who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
Trip.com Platform is provided by the Merchant, Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) has no control over Trip.com Platform and is not responsible nor liable for any matters in connection with the customer’s use of or inability to use Trip.com Platform.
Customers must keep all the confirmation email or booking itinerary number of the transaction record in Trip.com. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng reserves the right at any time during or after the promotion to request customers to submit the relevant information or such further evidence as may be required for verification.
Except Offer 1 and Offer 2 can be used together, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, coupons or promo codes and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
Hang Seng, Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited (”Mastercard”) and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Mastercard and the Merchant shall be final.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

A. Specific Terms and Conditions of "Extra up to $100 Cash Dollars rewards" (“Offer 1”)

Customers can earn extra Cash Dollars rewards upon purchase of any travel products and Cash Dollars redemption in any amount in the same transaction with the Offer 1 Eligible Credit Cards via Trip.com desktop page, mobile page or Trip.com mobile application (Hong Kong version 7.41 or above)(“Trip.com Platform”)(“Eligible Cash Dollars Redemption Transaction”) during the Offer 1 Promotion Period, detail are as follows:

$20 Cash Dollars Reward and $100 Cash Dollars Reward are available in a cap of 2,000 and 3,000 quotas respectively, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts during the Offer 1 Promotion Period.
Offer 1 is not applicable to Trip.com gift card.
If the “Redeem Cash Dollars” option is unavailable in the payment system on the relevant check-out page on Trip.com Platform for an item or items being purchased, that means Offer 1 is inapplicable to such item(s) (including but not limited to “payment made by post-paid model upon check in at hotels” and “orders pending confirmation on room availability”).
All Eligible Cash Dollars Redemption Transaction must be completed within the Offer 1 Promotion Period and posted to the relevant credit card accounts within 14 days after the month of the respective transaction.
The reward for each Offer 1 Eligible Credit Card account in this promotion is limited to a maximum of extra $100 Cash Dollars rewards for the whole Offer 1 Promotion Period (if the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit, the total reward will be combined, i.e. a total of an extra $100 Cash Dollars rewards can be earned, and will be credited to the principal card account).
The Extra Cash Dollars Rewards will be credited to Offer 1 Eligible Credit Card accounts in or before November 2022, and the relevant card accounts should be still valid and in good credit standing when the extra reward is credited. Customer can log on to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call our 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
All rewarded Cash Dollars cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of discrepancy, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
The Extra Cash Dollars Rewards are based on the total booking amount (i.e. the sum of single total spending before Cash Dollars redemption and/or using Offer 2) in the Eligible Cash Dollars Redemption Transaction settled by Offer 1 Eligible Credit Card. The total booking amount will be however net of any use of any discount offers except for Offer 2’s instant discount.

Customers are required to purchase selected travel products in a single net spending of designated amount via Trip.com Platform with Offer 2 Eligible Credit Cards to enjoy up to HKD200 instant discount during the Offer 2 Promotion Period, details are as follows:

The discount offers of Offer 2 are subject to the respective weekly quota, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The quota will be updated every Wednesday at 00:00 and is calculated based on the computer record of the Merchant. The discount will be displayed in the payment page and deducted from the price. If the quota for that week has been used up, the user is not able to enjoy the offer in that week.
Offer 2 is valid for members of Trip.com only. Each member can use a maximum of 10 times the offer during the Offer 2 Promotion Period.
Offer 2 is only valid for the prepaid hotel products, flight products (excluding Domestic Flights of China Mainland) or tours & tickets products. Due to certain requirement by the suppliers, the Offer 2 may not be valid on some products.
