The promotion period is valid from 15 September to 5 October 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
This Promotion applies to SmarTone (“the Merchant”)’s official website and mobile App in Hong Kong, unless otherwise specified.
Customers must settle the payment with the related eligible Credit Cards (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) to enjoy the corresponding offer. “Extra Reward” is only applicable to Principal cardholders of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card, including Affinity Card, but excluding Supplementary Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
Customers must successfully register for this Promotion once during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the “Extra Reward” offer. Customers can register via the +FUN Centre in the Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on to the Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this Promotion and register). Each customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Principal Credit Cards under the customer’s name will participate in this Promotion. If a Customer registers repeatedly, only the first registration is valid. Only Eligible Transactions made from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Reward.
During the Promotion Period, each Customer who makes a single Eligible Transaction with an Eligible Credit Card meeting the specified spending amount may enjoy up to a total of $750 +FUN Dollars.
1. “Extra Reward”: Each Customer who makes a single Eligible Transaction with eligible net spending of HKD9,000 or above with an Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period may earn a maximum of $250 +FUN Dollars as Extra Reward.
2. “Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard +FUN Dollars Reward Programme”: From now until 31 December 2026, with a Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard, you can enjoy up to 8% +FUN Dollars on online shopping and purchases at designated merchants upon successful registration of “Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard +FUN Dollars Reward Programme” at Hang Seng Credit Card Website or Hang Seng Mobile App. For Eligible Online Retail Spending, including online spending at SmarTone online store, you can enjoy up to 5% +FUN Dollars. Eligible Retail Spending conducted via online channels includes both local and foreign currencies, regardless of the transaction country or currency. The transaction amount will be based on the amount converted into Hong Kong Dollars from the transaction currency as posted on the credit card statement. The quota for the “Extra Reward” is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the promotion registration page indicates that the quota is full, it means the quota has reached its limit and the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion.
The net spending amount is the final amount charged to the Eligible Principal Credit Card. The use of any discount/ +FUN Dollars / cash or gift vouchers / other discounts / offers will not be taken into account; extra +FUN Dollars / yuu Points rewarded will be rounded down to the nearest dollar / point. The +FUN Dollars / yuu Points less than $1 +FUN Dollar / 1 yuu Point will not be rewarded.
Eligible spending under this Promotion (“Eligible Transactions”) is as follows: “Extra Reward” – The Customer must make a single transaction at the merchant using the primary card of an Eligible Credit Card and reach the specified net spending amount (excluding split transactions, purchases of gift vouchers/gift cards, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), transactions made via any e-wallets (e.g. AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Tap & Go and PayMe by HSBC), and any amount offset by +FUN Dollars; however, transactions made via mobile payment platforms such as Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay™ (excluding e-wallets) are eligible).
All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the period from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period, and be posted to the relevant Eligible Credit Card account within 14 days after the end of Promotion Period.
The “Extra Reward” will be credited within December 2026 to the Eligible Credit Card account used for the Eligible Transaction at the Merchant, as recorded by Hang Seng. Such credit card accounts should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant rewards are credited. Customer can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
Upon registering this Promotion, customer shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer, by the Merchant to Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the Customer during the Promotion Period using Hang Seng Credit Card for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Extra Reward entitlement for this Promotion.

Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all +FUN Dollars based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
All transactions which are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion.
Customers must keep original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration, and all rewarded +FUN Dollars cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
Unless otherwise specified, all the offers under this Promotion can be used in conjunction, but any one of such offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

All products, services and information related to this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
The Promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
