Promotion Period is from 1 Dec 2019 to 31 May 2020 (“Promotion Period”).
To enjoy the buy-one-get-one free handcrafted beverage offer, customers are required to settle payment in full using Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) and present the valid boarding pass (which departure date must be same as the date of redemption) to cashier staff at Pacific Coffee in Hong Kong International Airport before payment.
Offer is applicable to Pacific Coffee coffeehouses in Hong Kong International Airport:

- Unit 5NC154, Level 5, North Satellite Concourse, Hong Kong International Airport
Customers must state their intention to use the offer when ordering and before making payment to enjoy the offer.
Each customer can only enjoy the offer once each day during the Promotion Period.
Buy-one-get-one free offer excludes promotional drinks, Chillino, liqueur coffee, specialty coffee, bottle drinks and juices (applicable to both purchased and complimentary beverages); an additional $4 will be charged per beverage to upgrade to oat milk.
The complimentary beverage(s) apply to the lowest value of the ordered beverage(s) in one transaction.
The complimentary beverage(s) must be redeemed immediately with the purchased beverage(s).
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, except bring-your-own-mug discount but only on the purchased beverages(s)
Offer is not applicable to in-app purchase and delivery services, and cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent.
All products, services, and information related to the promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Pacific Coffee Company Ltd. ("the Merchant") who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
The Offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
No person other than the Customer, Merchant and Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng" which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
