Enjoy up to HKD25 Hang Seng e-Voucher at AlipayHK “A+Rewards” Japan section

The promotion period is from 1 December 2022 to 28 February 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Offers are only applicable to Hang Seng Visa or Mastercard® Credit Card (excluding Hang Seng UnionPay Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Spending Card and Private Label Card) (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”).

During the Promotion Period, customers could redeem Hang Seng Credit Card Exclusive e-Voucher (“Hang Seng e-Voucher”) at A+ Rewards mini-app in Japan section via AlipayHK App（”AlipayHK APP”）and redeem 1 piece of Hang Seng e-Voucher upon single net spending of designated amount at selected merchants in Japan with linked Eligible Credit Card via AlipayHK. Each eligible customer can redeem a maximum of 1 piece of HKD5 Hang Seng e-Voucher and 1 piece of HKD20 Hang Seng e-Voucher , i.e. a total of up to HKD25 worth of Hang Seng e-Voucher. Details of the offer are as below:

The purchase amount shall be determined based on the real-time exchange rate in the AlipayHK system at the time of the transaction. The “Currency” tool in the AlipayHK App is for reference only.
AlipayHK App is operated by Alipay Payment Services (HK) Limited (“AlipayHK”).
During the Promotion Period, offers are available in a quota cap of 15,000 for each offer, which is limited in quantity and on a first-come-first-served basis. The quota of Offer available as recorded in the system of AlipayHK shall prevail under any circumstances.
Eligible Transactions refers to the transaction made via AlipayHK with linked Eligible Credit Cards in Hong Kong Dollars and posted to the Eligible Credit Card account during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction(s)”).
Only 1 piece of Hang Seng e-Voucher can be redeemed in each Eligible Transaction.
Upon successful download of Hang Seng e-Voucher, AlipayHK will store the Hang Seng e-Voucher(s) in the AlipayHK App account of each Eligible User automatically, for Eligible User who meet the conditions for redemption in applicable circumstances. Users may go to the “Home” page and select “Reward” to read details of the respective Coupons. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and AlipayHK shall bear no liability if customers cannot perform a successful redemption of relevant Hang Seng e-Voucher and/or the relevant Hang Seng e-Voucher is lost due to any circumstances.
During the Promotion Period, each Eligible User may only participate in this Promotion once in accordance with the relevant Terms and Conditions, and receive such limited number of Coupons / Rewards within the Promotion Period as set out in the relevant terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Eligible User” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK App and Wallet service, but not merely an AlipayHK account (“Eligible User”). To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same user:
1. Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
2. Connection of an AlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or
3. The same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK APP accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the user’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, AlipayHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of any Coupon/Reward to the relevant account and to take legal action.
The use of different types of coupons are subject to AlipayHK’s respective terms and conditions. The actual payment page shall prevail. For the actual usage and other details, please refer to the terms and conditions in AlipayHK App.
Hang Seng e-Voucher is only applicable at the designated merchants in Japan that accept payments via AlipayHK. Hang Seng e-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used for payments made through Apple Store or Google Play, Government payments, utilities bill payments, public organisations payments, education expenses, Telecom Payment, purchase of financial products or services, donation, encashment, cross border payment, other bill payments, account top-up, sending lucky money, other money transfer (including P2P) or remittance via AlipayHK App. Hang Seng e-Voucher(s) are issued by AlipayHK and can only be used for transaction paid by an Eligible Credit Card via AlipayHK. The use of Hang Seng e-Voucher is subject to the respective terms and conditions to be determined by AlipayHK from time to time. Please contact AlipayHK for more details.
Any transactions which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered as ineligible transactions which are not applicable to this promotion and rewards will not be rewarded.
By participating in this promotion, customers accept and agree that AlipayHK may use his/her personal information in accordance with AlipayHK’s privacy policy.
Offers are not transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other Hang Seng Credit Card promotional offers unless otherwise specified. For goods return or refund, the amount on the Offers will not be returned and the relevant Offers will not be re-issued.
Offers which are subsequently modified will be considered as invalid. Customers will have to cancel the original Eligible Transactions/orders and re-purchase in order to enjoy the Offers again. The customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy the Offers again if the quota has been used up at the time they make the order again.
If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the Promotion Period, or if any user commits any act affecting other customer’ ability to participate in the promotion fairly, AlipayHK will forfeit such customer’s reward and entitlement of the Offers forthwith without notice, and reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant customer.
Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should Customer fails to redeem the Offers.
All products, services and information related to AlipayHK are directly supplied to customers by designated merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng and AlipayHK shall not be liable or construed as providing any guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products and/or service provided by designated merchants.
No person other than the customer, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assignees) and AlipayHK (which includes its successors and assignees) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The Offers are governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the AlipayHK.
Hang Seng and AlipayHK reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and AlipayHK shall be final.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
