Alternatively, you may log on to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (website: hangseng.com/e-Banking) and click the hyperlink under ‘Account Overview’ in ‘MPF Services’ to complete and submit the questionnaire online.
Regardless of the channel for submission, the first 2,500 members who successfully submit the completed questionnaire will each get a HK$50 supermarket cash voucher.Notes

You will not be entitled to the Cash Voucher if your HKSARG employee account has been cancelled or terminated by 31 October 2021 (i.e. deadline of the survey).
