Terms and Conditions of Spices Offer:

• The offer is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
• To enjoy the offer at Spices at The Repulse Bay (the "Merchant"), Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card or Hang Seng Private Banking Visa Infinite Card ("Eligible Credit Card") customers (the "Customer") are required to settle full payment with Eligible Credit Card.
• The offer is not applicable on black-out dates as specified by the Merchant from time to time, including 1 January, 14 February, 12 April, 10 May, 21 June, 1 October, 24-26 & 31 December 2020. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, VIP cards, gift cards, dining coupons, special events or other promotional offers.
• Offer is for dine in consumption only, and not applicable to take-away items.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable.
• Unless otherwise specified, the offer is not applicable to gift card purchase, 10% service charge, banqueting, private events, meetings, weddings and item purchased unless otherwise specified. Customer is required to check with the Merchant for details.
• The offer is applicable to a maximum of 12 persons per table (inclusive of the Customer).
• Upon closure of the Merchant, the offer shall be terminated immediately.
• All food and services related to the Privilege is directly sold and supplied to Customer by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
• Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the Privilege at any time, and to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
• No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
• The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Jebsen Fine Wines Terms and Conditions

• The offers are valid till 31 December 2020.
• The offers are applicable to the regular-priced products, not including discounted products, fixed price products, event tickets and their services of the Hong Kong online store of Jebsen Fine Wines (the "Merchant") only.
• It is illegal to sell alcohol beverage (intoxicating liquor) to people below the age of 18 under Hong Kong law. If you place an order here, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above.
• Free gift is available while stock lasts.
• Except where by indicated, offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers or cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
• Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
• Hang Seng accepts no liability for the prices quoted here, the quality of the goods and services provided by participating shops, or for any monetary transactions between its members and the shops where applicable.
