We're pleased to introduce our new banknote exchange appointment service online, which is dedicated to our existing customers. Simply a few clicks to select your preferred branch, date and time for new banknotes exchange and collection1. Upon successful booking, you'll receive a confirmation SMS and/or email with your appointment details.
All existing Hang Seng customers are eligible for the new banknote exchange online appointment service.
This service is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
After making an online appointment successfully, each customer can exchange the following designated new banknote combination with fixed amount:
HKD20 × 50 pieces
HKD50 × 20 pieces
HKD100 × 20 pieces
Total: HKD4,000

Online appointment period: 8:00 a.m. 29 Jan to 6:00 p.m. 4 Feb 2026
Exchange period: 3 Feb to 7 Feb 2026
Phase 2
Online appointment period: 8:00 a.m. 5 Feb to 4:00 p.m. 12 Feb 2026
Exchange period: 9 Feb to 14 Feb 2026

Mon to Fri: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sat: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
