How to apply service?

For integrated account customers:

  • Phone Banking PIN is ready for you upon account opening

For non-integrated account customers:

  • Simply use your ATM Card to apply for a Phone Banking PIN via any Hang Seng ATM across Hong Kong (on the main menu, select “Other Services” > “Activate Phone Banking Service”)
You can manage your accounts easily via our Phone Banking Service by filling in a registration form* and returning it by post or by hand to any of our branches. Click here to download the form
