Phone Banking
How to apply Phone Banking service ?


For integrated account customers:

  • Phone Banking Service is default for you upon account opening.
  • You can call “Hang Seng Voice ID” enrollment hotline at (852) 2998 6698 to enroll by using your ATM PIN. During the enrollment process, you would be required to have a mobile phone that able to receive One-Time-Password via SMS and a phone number that is valid and updated in the bank’s record. Upon successful enrolment, you can perform verification for the Phone Banking Services with your own voices.
  • You also can apply your Phone Banking PIN at any Hang Seng ATM in Hong Kong (Select “Other services” >“Reset Phone Banking PIN” on the main menu). 

For non-integrated account customers:

  • Customers must activate your Phone Banking Service by using your ATM Card at any Hang Seng ATMs in Hong Kong (Select “Other services” > “Activate phonebanking service” on the main menu).
  • After activated your Phone Banking Service, you also can call “Hang Seng Voice ID” enrollment hotline at (852) 2998 6698 to enroll by using your Phone PIN. During the enrollment process, you would be required to have a mobile phone that able to receive One-Time-Password via SMS and a phone number that is valid and updated in the bank’s record. Upon successful enrolment, you can perform verification for the Phone Banking Services with your own voices.
