Log on to JustPay

Go to JustPay from Full Mode or Simple Mode

Simply tap "JustPay" on the homepage to enter directly.

Pay directly

To use JustPay, you need to hold a Hang Seng HKD account. To open an account, please visit Bank Account Opening.

You can use JustPay to pay local accounts in HKD.

No, you don't need to top up JustPay. You just need to make sure your default debit account has enough funds.

To keep your account secure while making payments, we don’t display your account balance on JustPay. Please tap "Home" at the top right corner of the page to check your balance in Full Mode or Simple Mode.

Yes, you can change it anytime. Just go to "Settings & Security" > "Transfer & Pay" > "Change JustPay default debit account". To better protect your account, you'll need to verify your identity again with "6-digit PIN" or biometrics.

Yes, after you make a payment, you can save the payees as your "Favourites". They will be shared with your "Local favourite payees" in Full mode's Transfer & Pay, and you can save up to 20 payees.

You can manage your favourite payee list by logging on to Hang Seng Mobile App > Transfer & Pay in Full mode > tap "Manage" under Local favourite payees.

Yes. After you make a payment with JustPay, you’ll be notified via SMS, email and/or push notification (if enabled).

You can easily find the payment history of your default debit account over the past 60 days under the "JustPay feed".

Yes, there is. Before using JustPay for payment, you need to go to "Settings & Security" > "Transfer & Pay" > "Set transfer and payment limits" to set your transfer limit. Each JustPay payment function has different limits.

 

Pay and Scan to pay:

  • Small value daily transfer limit (up to HKD10,000)
  • Non-registered payee daily transfer limit (up to HKD400,000)
  • Registered payee daily transfer limit (up to HKD1,500,000)
  • Individual registered payee daily transfer limit (up to HKD1,500,000)

 

Sweet Pay:

  • Small value daily transfer limit (up to HKD10,000)

Once a payment is processed, it can't be cancelled. To avoid mistakes, please double-check the payee’s details before confirming your payment, such as the account number, name, phone number, email and/or FPS ID. After you’ve made the payment, check with the payees to make sure they’ve received the money.

If you realise you’ve paid a wrong account, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help you to contact the payee to return the funds if you provide the necessary information.

If you receive money that wasn’t meant for you, please get in touch with us immediately so we can arrange for it to be returned. Not returning funds may have legal consequences.

You can use QR codes from individuals or merchants for Scan to Pay, as long as you’re paying into an HKD account.

Yes, you can pick a theme and personalise your message with words and emojis.

Currently, you can only split bills into equal amounts.

You can pay up to 10 payees at once for an equal amount each using Sweet Pay.

You can record a voice message of up to 12 seconds.

We'll create a themed animation for you, and you can simply tap "Share" to save it and send it to your friends and family through messaging apps.
