    We've designed our home screen so you can find what you need and get things done more quickly. The design brings key information to the front and helps you navigate with fewer taps.

    Key features:

    • Personalised promotions at the top
    • Customisable quick links so your most-used actions are always within reach
    • A "My Portfolio" snapshot that summarises your overall position, with tips for personalised insights
    • A consolidated view of your Integrated and credit card accounts directly on the home screen
    • "Reminders" at the bottom to help you stay on top of important actions

    We use "Reminders" to share important, personalised updates right on your home screen. This helps you can quickly see what’s most useful without having to search through the Hang Seng Mobile app.

    A few things to know about Reminders:

    • They help you stay on top of things like upcoming deadlines or actions you need to take, such as dormant account alerts, so you’re less likely miss anything important.
    • They disappear automatically (usually by the next day) after you've acted on them
    • We only keep them for a maximum of 1 month, so you only see what's relevant now

    Overall, we design this to make everyday banking feel simpler and clearer, while keeping you in control of what you choose to do next.

    Your home screen shows your Retail banking accounts, including:

    • Integrated Accounts (including dormant and joint-named accounts, but excluding Wealth Management Connect and Money Safe Account)
    • Credit card accounts
    • Standalone current and savings accounts

    If you’re looking for other products or accounts, tap "View all accounts" to get the full list of your accounts.

    "My Portfolio" gives you an overview of your balances in Hang Seng in one place, but it isn’t the same as your net assets.

    What’s included

    Total balance from accounts linked to your Personal e-Banking, including:

    • Deposits (based on ledger balance[1])
    • Account overdrafts
    • Investments (based on market value[2])
    What’s not included
    • Insurance
    • FX / Precious Metal Margin Trading
    • FX2
    • Private Banking accounts
    • Liabilities (such as loans and mortgages, except account overdrafts)
    Exchange rates and displayed amounts
    • The total balance is always shown in HKD
    • Balances in foreign currencies will be converted to HKD and this rate is generally updated every 5 minutes and is for reference only

    You may also see personalised suggestions related to your deposits, investments, or +Fun Dollars to highlight useful information or next steps here.

    These insights are shown based on your current profile status and what’s most relevant at the time, so you may not see the same message every time. Previous insights are not stored or kept.
