To assist employers with reporting MPF contribution details more effectively every month, Hang Seng MPF offers different electronic methods for you to handle the MPF contributions for your employees.

You can make MPF contributions and submit remittance statements via our Business Internet Banking (BIB) MPF Service platform. It's simple, secure and convenient.

Through it, you can:

  • Prefill each employee's latest contribution record
  • Calculate both the employee's and employer's mandatory contributions automatically, based on the relevant income
  • Add new employees and report terminated employees
  • See remittance statements submitted via BIB over the last 12 months
  • If you've applied for autopay services via Hang Seng Business e-Banking, you can also manage employees’ payrolls and MPF contributions on the same platform more efficiently

  • Hang Seng MPF supports some third-party HR software to calculate MPF contribution
  • Minimise input mistakes with data validation and input-checking functions

  1. The Hang Seng Mandatory Provident Fund - SuperTrust Plus has been onboarded to the eMPF Platform on 29 January 2026. After 13 January 2026, the service for MPF e-Statement / e-Advice via Hang Seng online channels will be suspended. This service will be provided by the eMPF Platform from 29 January 2026. MPF e-Statement / e-Advice issued by Hang Seng MPF will be available for 25 months from the posted date.
