Our Digital and Branch Service Managers at branches are now ready to assist you more efficiently with tablets on selected services, including ATM card applications and account enquiries. Digital Bar is also available at selected branches. You may use the tablet device to obtain the latest information of the bank or to access your Personal e-Banking with our managers' support anytime.

We strive to further improve access to our banking services, thus we have introduced Social Caring Counters at designated branches to provide priority counter services to the elderly, the disabled and other customers in need.

  • Make an online appointment via our eAppointment Service to reduce waiting time at the branch
  • More efficiently procure various bank services, including account opening, insurance or MPF consultation
  • After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your appointment details
