If the retained card is a Hang Seng ATM Card or Hang Seng Credit Card, we will issue a new replacement card and mail it to your correspondence address registered with us. If your ATM Card or Credit Card is issued by any other banks, please call our 24-hour ATM hotline 2997 2112.

You can request for a card replacement through the below channels:

• Log on Hang Seng Personal e-Banking > select “Account services” > “Other related services” > “ATM services”
• call our customer service hotline 2998 9188 (Prestige banking) / 2822 8228 (Preferred banking) / 2822 0228 (other banking accounts)
• take along the damaged ATM Card and valid identity proof to any Hang Seng branches during office hours

If you have forgotten your PIN, you may request a new ATM PIN via Hang Seng e-Banking or Phone Banking; or by presenting your ATM Card and valid identity proof to reset your ATM Card PIN instantly* at any Hang Seng branches during office hours.

* Instant card PIN reset is available at all branches except iPoint (Sales & Service Centre) and MTR Station

Yes, foreign currency notes can be either withdrawn directly from your Integrated Account, or exchanged from your HKD Deposit Account. Please note that the withdrawal of foreign currencies including KRW, SGD and TWD is not applicable to any Integrated Account and can only be done through exchanging from your HKD Deposit Account.

The withdrawal and exchange services provided by our Foreign Currency ATMs are free of charge. The applicable foreign exchange rate is basically based on the relevant Foreign Currency Notes Exchange Rate shown on the Hang Seng Foreign Currency ATM at the transaction time.

For any currency, including HKD, RMB and other foreign currencies, the maximum ATM daily withdrawal limit is HKD80,000 or equivalent per day.
