No, Simple Mode is a simplified version of Hang Seng Mobile App. You can easily switch between the 2 modes for your banking needs.

You can access more products and services by following the steps below to switch back to Full Mode:

  1. Log on to Hang Seng Mobile App – Simple Mode.
  2. Tap "More products and services" in homepage and select "Switch to Full / Simple Mode".
  3. Tap "Confirm" to switch to Full Mode.

Hang Seng Mobile App – Simple Mode features basic online banking services with a simple and cleaner interface while Full Mode provides a wider range of products and services.

You can switch to Simple Mode by following the steps below:

  1. Log on to Hang Seng Mobile App in Full Mode.
  2. Select "Settings & Security" from left menu.
  3. Tap "Switch to Full / Simple Mode".
  4. Select "Simple Mode" and tap "Confirm".

You can switch to Full Mode by following the steps below:

  1. Log on to Hang Seng Mobile App in Simple Mode.
  2. Tap "Settings" in homepage.
  3. Tap "Switch to Full / Simple Mode".
  4. Select "Full Mode" and tap "Confirm".

To safeguard your account, Simple Mode currently only supports transfer between your Hang Seng accounts. You can switch to Full Mode if you want to transfer to other people or other bank account.

If you've already enabled Push Notification, you'll also receive and view all the push notifications after switching to Simple Mode.

You can update your push notification settings in Full Mode.
