Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customised one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized business to publicly listed companies.

 

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loans, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

Openings

Principal responsibilities

  • engage existing corporate customers in the collection of detailed customer information and supporting documentation required for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review
  • ensure the completeness of CDD information and supporting documentation before submitting the CDD profile for review and approval
  • provide administrative support in CDD review process
  • handle customer enquiries related to CDD review

 

Requirements

  • secondary school or above, with at least five subjects at grade E / level 2 / "attained" or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE
  • working experience in administrative / sales support in banking or related industries would be an advantage
  • sound communication skills, organized, attention to details and ability to deliver under tight timelines
  • great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • proficiency in MS office, both spoken and written English and Chinese

Principal responsibilities

  • go through structured program to learn and develop related job knowledge and experience
  • compile periodic sales related reports, management information, or performance statistics for market analysis or research
  • assist in building and maintaining databases
  • maintain good customer relationship by providing quality after-sales support and logistics as assigned
  • prepare credit proposals and approve credit facilities in accordance with discretionary authority
  • conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality
  • cross-sell a full range of banking products

 

Requirements

  • bachelor degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting, economics preferred
  • fresh graduates or with less than three years of work experience in providing administrative support in banking or professional firms
  • knowledge of bills operations, credit system, credit approval and related documentation procedures an advantage
  • strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills
  • strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Requirements

  • bachelor degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
  • previous experience in providing administrative support in banking or professional sectors
  • understanding in bills operations, credit system, credit approval and related documentation procedures preferred
  • strong PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills
  • strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
