    Online Bill Payment

    Payment of various types of bills online is just a few clicks away – so easy and flexible.

    Just logon to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking to transfer funds to any one of over 700 merchants and organizations.
    Simply make payment with your designated account or credit card
    Through the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service platform (“EBPP”), you can receive and view e-Bill summaries from participating merchants and settle the bills via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.
    Update daily bill payment limit via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking. If you wish to update other transfer and payment related settings, please visit Manage your banking profile.
     
    Remark(s):
    Bill payment instructions for the selected merchants received before the following cut-off time will be processed on the same day:
    Monday to Friday: 19:00
    Saturday: 16:30
    Any bill payment instructions submitted online after the stated cut-off time, or on Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays, will be processed on the next clearing day
    Not applicable to payees with real-time payment arrangements

    Remark:
    If you want to make a bill payment via automated phone banking to any merchant under the "Brokers", "Sports & Leisure", "Banking and Credit Cards" and/or "Other Financial Institutions Account(s)" category(ies) , you need to pre-register such merchant and the bill account number by completing and returning the "Personal e-Banking and Phone Banking Bill Payment Registration/Amendment Form" to any of our branches.
