Branch service arrangements
In light of the COVID-19 situation, service hours of our branches have been adjusted until further notice. Customers are advised to use Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, mobile app and phone banking to meet banking needs.
Due to the implementation of enhanced security measures at the universities, access to university campus may be restricted to staff and students only. Customers wishing to visit university branches are encouraged to call our Customer Service Hotline at 2822 0228 in advance.

A fee of HKD60 per account will be charged if customers receive more than 2 paper statements for every 12 months from July to June of the following year. For designated personal credit card accounts including Prestige World MasterCard, Platinum Card, Gold Card, Classic Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Spending Card and Renminbi Credit Card (Platinum Card / Gold Card / Classic Card), a fee of HKD20 / USD3 / CNY20 per account will be charged if customers receive more than 2 paper statements for every 12 months from July to June of the following year.
