Both types of customers can open an account via Hang Seng Mobile App

^[1]Whether you are a new customer or already banking with us, you can now open or upgrade an account via mobile if you are aged 18 or above and residing in Hong Kong. Please note Mobile Account Opening / Upgrade is not available to customers who only hold a joint-named Integrated Account or already holding a sole-named Prestige Banking account.

Activate Personal e-Banking services to manage your finances anytime, anywhere

Select "Account Services" from main menu and then click "Open / Upgrade an Account"

• Only hold joint-named Integrated Accounts

• Already hold a sole-named Prestige Banking account
