To activate or amend the instruction, select "Overseas ATM Daily Withdrawal and Cash Advance Limit" and "Effective Period". The maximum effective period of this amendment is one year.
You can make instant changes to your email address and mobile number via Personal e-Banking. You can also change your other telephone numbers, addresses, occupation details and nationality during the same session.

You can register the following account types online
Log on Hang Seng Mobile App, select "Transfer & Pay" from the bottom menu
Fill in new payee details and check the box “Add as registered payee” on the payee detail input page, and complete your transfer by following the instructions there. The register new payee instruction will be submitted upon the completion of transfer.
Instruction submitted before 9:00 p.m. HKT (Monday to Friday) or 6:00 p.m. HKT (Saturday) will be effective in next working day; instruction submitted after the above cut-off time or on public holiday will be effective in two working days.
To raise limit, you will be required to enter Mobile Security Key password or use Biometric Authentication (if enabled) to verify the transaction.

If you are reducing the limit, the instruction will be effective immediately; if you are raising limit, instruction submitted before 9:00 p.m. HKT (Monday to Friday) or 6:00 p.m. HKT (Saturday) will be effective in next working day, instruction submitted after the above cut-off time or on public holiday will be effective in two working days.
