    MPF appointment service is available at the following designated Hang Seng Bank branches. You can call our Hang Seng MPF Direct on 2997 2838 to make an appointment for meeting our MPF Specialists at the following designated Hang Seng Bank branches*.
    Alternately, you may also make an e-Appointment to meet our MPF Specialists at designated Hang Seng Bank branches. 6 MPF services are available for e-Appointment include: Tax Deductible Voluntary Contributions, Personal Account Consolidation, Employee Choice Arrangement, Flexi-Contributions, Employer Scheme Account Opening and Self-Employed Scheme Account Opening. To make an e-Appointment, please click here.


    Note: When make an online appointment, please review the appointment details and click the “Confirm” button on Review booking page. Once the booking is successfully confirmed, it will be generated a “reference number” on the next page, our system will then send the confirmation SMS and / or email to the customer for the confirmation of booking.
