ATM Cards

  • With your Hang Seng ATM Card, you can access up to 3 Hang Seng HKD accounts at over 1,000 Hang Seng Bank and HSBC ATMs across Hong Kong.
  • Services include cash withdrawal, account enquiry, credit card payment and more. You can also transfer funds between Hang Seng Bank and HSBC accounts as well as pay selected bills through our ATMs.
  • Outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, you can get cash directly from your accounts at ATMs worldwide through the HSBC and UnionPay ATM networks.

Service Scope

    • EPS
      Make payments through EPS terminals at participating retailers.
    • PPS
      Register for PPS services with your ATM Card at any PPS Registration Terminal to settle Hang Seng Credit Card payments and other bill payments around the clock.
    • Deposit cash / cheques with your Hang Seng ATM Card or Credit Card via any Hang Seng Quick Cash / Cheque Deposit Machine and your HKD account will be credited instantly. Please click here for details.

    • Withdrawal limit
    • The daily local ATM withdrawal limit and daily overseas withdrawal limit are up to HKD80,000 or equivalent per card.
    • You can change the daily local ATM withdrawal limit through Hang Seng and HSBC ATMs in Hong Kong or at our Bank.
    • Transfer limit
    • Daily transfer limit is up to HKD999,000 for accounts that are linked to the same account card (Please click here to download an Adjust Transfer Limit form)
    • Daily transfer limit is up to HKD400,000* per customer for transfers to other Hang Seng accounts / HSBC accounts
    • You may change daily transfer limit by the following channels:
      1. Hang Seng Personal e-Banking
      2. Phone Banking (Voice ID required. For more information, please call (852) 2822 0228 or visit our Voice ID webpage)
      3. Any of our branches (Download the Adjust Transfer Limit Form)

    • Deposit limit
    • Daily deposit limit is HKD200,000
    • Other limits
    • Daily transaction limit per card for EPS is HKD50,000
    • Daily transaction limit for PPS is HKD100,000
    • Daily bill payment limit is up to HKD500,000^ per customer
    • * The default daily transfer limit is HKD50,000 and could be adjusted to maximum HKD400,000 by application. The daily transfer limit is also shared by e-Banking and Phone Banking for transfers to non-registered third party accounts.
      ^ The daily bill payment limit is shared by e-Banking, Phone Banking and ATM. From 9 Dec 2018, ATM cardholders without Sports & Leisure bill payment limit can daily transfer HKD50,000 to Betting Account at Jockey Club vending terminals.     • A service charge of HKD50 will apply for lost card replacement.
