    Through the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service platform (“EBPP”), you can receive and view e-Bill summaries from participating merchants and settle the bills via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking.

    Remark:
    Starting from 28 June 2013, any customers who would like to make a bill payment via automated phone banking to any merchant under the "Brokers", "Sports & Leisure", "Banking and Credit Cards" and/or "Other Financial Institutions Account(s)" category(ies) are required to pre-register such merchant and the bill account number by completing and returning the "Personal e-Banking and Phone Banking Bill Payment Registration/Amendment Form" to any branches of the Bank.
