Hang Seng’s Company Secretarial Services function operates in a fast-changing and dynamic environment which tackles a wide range of challenging issues. We provides comprehensive and professional company secretarial services and advices to the Board and Board Committees as well as Senior Management of the Bank, particularly with regard to ensuring adoption of good corporate governance practices and compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, to facilitate the Bank in achieving long-term success and delivering sustainable value to its shareholders.

We monitor public opinion of Hang Seng and help ensure important Bank messages are conveyed in a timely and effective manner. We promote the Bank’s products and services to the external audience on a proactive basis. We also safeguard Hang Seng’s strong brand and position as the leading domestic bank in Hong Kong by advising on reputational matters.
In addition, the Communications function includes editorial services and internal communications. It is responsible for the production of key corporate literature, including the annual report.
