The Hang Seng Mandatory Provident Fund - SuperTrust Plus was onboarded to the eMPF Platform on 29 Jan 2026. During the transition period, certain services, such as remittance statement submission and change of investment instructions, were suspended or provided by the eMPF Platform afterwards. You can visit the eMPF Platform for more details.
To help you with a smooth transition, we'll be extending our hotline service hours. From 27 Jan to 1 Feb 2026 and 5 Feb to 10 Feb 2026, our hotlines will be available from Mon to Sun, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Hang Seng MPF member hotline: (852) 2213 2213; Hang Seng MPF Employer Direct: (852) 2288 6822.

Note: Scheme administration services are provided by the eMPF Platform. These include the processing of MPF scheme enrolments, contributions, and member investment instructions. They also include the transfer and withdrawal of MPF benefits, and updates to personal details.
For complaints that are related to scheme administration services, please contact the eMPF Platform instead. You can find ways to reach them by visiting the eMPF website. Or you can call their eMPF customer service hotline on (852) 183 2622.
We will acknowledge receipt of your concern by next business day and aim to resolve most issues within 5 business days. Occasionally, we may need more time but we will keep you informed.
We may refer your opinions or complaints to the Customer Relations of Hang Seng Bank for further handling (if applicable). Customer Relations will try to respond before the close of business on the next business day upon receipt of your opinions or complaints. In case more time is needed to look into the matter, Customer Relations will advise you of the contact details of the person following up on your case and will endeavour to reply to you within 30 days. All your opinions and complaints will be reflected to the management of Hang Seng MPF.
Your complaint will be handled with complete confidentiality by our complaint handling teams with the appropriate experience and authority, and who have not been directly involved in the subject matter.
If a complaint is raised by a third party, we will get back to you to protect your privacy.
We will offer appropriate redress if your complaint is upheld, but this will not necessarily involve financial compensation.
You can ask for your case to be reviewed by management at a higher level, if you are dissatisfied with our decision.
For monetary disputes about the distribution of the Hang Seng Mandatory Provident Fund – SuperTrust Plus, you may also refer your case to the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC), Room 408-409, 4/F, West Wing, Justice Place, 11 Ice House Street, Central, Hong Kong.
