About Missions

Ever Earn is a rewards programme in which Hang Seng Business Banking customers can play missions and earn great rewards.

After logging in to Hang Seng Business e-Banking, you can access Ever Earn from the side menu, or click “View All Missions” on the “Play Missions and Earn Rewards!” banner on the right. All missions available are under the “Active Missions” tab.

Missions that require enrolment are indicated as “Enrolment Required”. Missions indicated as “Mission Full” are no longer available for enrolment.

You can find your enrolled missions and missions that do not require enrolment under the “Mission in Progress” tab. 

Yes. At the top of the Ever Earn page, you can click the company name to open the dropdown menu and select another company (if any).

After switching to a different company, you can find missions available under the “Active Missions” tab. 

Once you complete a mission task, your record will be updated in our system and your progress will be updated on your Map of Rewards. The whole process could take up to 5 working days. You can log in to Ever Earn and check your Map of Rewards again later.

 

About Rewards

The reward could be temporarily out of stock. We will reach out to you shortly for the redemption arrangements. For certain missions, rewards are offered on a first come, first served basis and available while stocks last. For details, please refer to the mission’s terms and conditions.

You can find your rewards on both Hang Seng Business e-Banking and Hang Seng Business Mobile App.

To find your rewards on Hang Seng Business e-Banking, access Ever Earn from the side menu after logging in. Click to open the “Rewards” tab and you can find all rewards available for redemption under “To Claim”.

Click/tap a reward under “To Claim” and enter its Reward Details page. You can click/tap “Redeem Now” to redeem this reward and get a promo code to use online, or a QR/bar code to present at a physical redemption point, depending on the reward.

No, the reward redemption step is irreversible and cannot be cancelled. Please click/tap "Redeem Now" only if you are ready to use it now. Once you click/tap “Redeem Now”, the reward will be moved to the “Redeemed” tab. Even if the reward is unused, you will not be able to find the same reward under the “To Claim” tab.

The reward could have been redeemed by another user of your Business e-Banking profile. You can click/tap the reward to enter its Reward Details page and check which user (Short Name will be shown) redeemed it.

No. For QR/bar code redemption, the user who clicks/taps “Redeem Now” on the Reward Details page has to redeem the reward in person at a physical redemption point.
