Temporarily Block or Unblock Card

Overview

The block/unblock card service allows you to block or unblock your card with a few steps via Business Mobile Banking.

After blocking your card, most card transactions will immediately be blocked (except a few specified below). Similarly, once you unblock your card, the functionalities of your card will be immediately restored.

How to Block or Unblock Commercial Cards on Mobile App

 
1. Select and Open the Function

 

Step 1

Log on to your Hang Seng Business Mobile App and tap Settings on the side menu

 

Step 2

Select Block or Unblock Cards under Commercial Card Settings.

 

Step 3

Tap to select a Company under your e-Banking profile, if applicable.

 
2. Block a Card

 

Step 1

Choose the card you want to block, then turn the toggle off to block a Card .

 

Step 2

Tap Block to confirm your instruction.

 

Step 3

You have blocked your Card successfully.

 
3. Unblock a Card

 

Step 1

Turn the toggle on to unblock a Card.

 

Step 2

Tap Unblock to confirm your instruction.

 

Step 3

You have unblocked your Card successfully.
