As part of this review, the Bank will discontinue the service for the “Purchase of clean bills (demand draft/clean cheque) drawn on overseas banks credited to Hang Seng accounts” starting 27 October 2025. Changes to Mobile Cheque Deposit service: Starting from 24 Aug 2024, our Mobile Cheque Deposit service will no longer support dividend cheques, cashier’s orders, gift cheques, customised cheques and standard cheques printed on or before Jul 2009. You can still deposit these cheques using our Quick Cheque Deposit Machine or at our branch counter. Learn more via the updated T&C.
